BeNATURE – Development through Nature Play for Children with ADHD is an Erasmus+ Sport project focused on supporting the physical, cognitive and emotional development of children with ADHD through nature-based sport and movement activities.

Using outdoor environments as supportive spaces for learning, play and physical activity.

Developing activities that strengthen motor skills, body awareness and self-regulation.

🧠 Support for children with ADHD
Promoting focus, emotional balance, confidence and participation through structured sport activities.

📱 Digital support tools
Creating the BeNATURE app to support programme implementation, monitoring and use in practice.

🤝 Inclusive sport and education
Helping schools, grassroots sport clubs and NGOs provide more accessible and child-centred activities.
