Plogging, Plalking, Pliking – 3P for healthy life and clean environment – 3P

Project “Plogging, Plalking, Pliking – 3P for healthy life and clean environment” is an innovative sport project, which combines sport and fight against the climate change.

The general objective of the “Plogging, Plalking, Pliking – 3P for healthy life and clean environment” project is raising awareness about the need for physical activity as the basis of healthy lifestyle and fight against the climate change by changing habits of identified target groups (children, youth and their family members).

The reason of undertaking this project is to tackle the challenges of:
– Growing obesity among children and youth;
– Sedentary lifestyle habits of entire families and
– Environmental pollution, in countries involved in the project and
– To raise awareness about importance of active lifestyle and clean environment.

The project encourage social inclusion, equal opportunities in sport and environmental education to increase the level of physical activity of target groups (children, youth and their family members). This project is designed with the goal to combat many negative consequences of the pandemic on the levels of physical activity of target groups.

The specific objectives of this project are:
1. To raise awareness regarding benefits of participation in 3P recreational activities (Plogging, Plalking, Pliking) for children, youth and their family members in terms of health-enhancing, social inclusion and fight against climate change;
2. Strengthening capacity of volunteers for organizing recreational 3P activities
3. Creating network of main stakeholders, national and local sport organizations, NGO’s, local government to exchange examples of good practice regarding the health enhancing physical activity and fight against the climate change
Project “3P” is financed by the European Union and it will be implemented for 18 months, from 01.11.2023 until 30.04.2025.
The coordinator of the project is the Sport VIV, Croatia, and project partners are ASOTSIATSIA BIOMREZHA (BIONET), Bulgaria and ALBATROSS SOCIETA’ SPORTIVA DILETTANTISTICA S.R.L. (ALBATROSS), Italy.
