Sport is key to maintaining vitality and health, and a full life.

With project Fit-IN Rehab we want to motivate seniors with disabilities 60 + after rehabilitation or treatment to perform sports exercises regularly, taking into account their condition (physical and mental) by creating sports exercises to maintain mobility and health.

We would like to help them because of this, offering them equal opportunities by developing innovative sport programme Fit-IN Rehab for motivation their physical activity. With  bleded learning progrmme we will train volunteers – students from non-medical fields to assist seniors in implementation sport exercises.

The main goals of project are:

– Motivate elderly disabled people 60+ after rehabilitation or treatment to regularly perform sports exercises, taking into account their condition (physical and psychological).

– To train student volunteers from non-medical majors to acquire appropriate knowledge for working with the disabled.

– Pilot testing of developed sports exercises with the elderly 60+ after rehabilitation or treatment with the support of sports volunteers
